1. Our Editorial Purpose

Our articles help readers discover distinct ideas, understand design choices, compare options, and prepare for an artist consultation. We prioritize useful information over keyword repetition or length added without purpose.

2. How We Develop Content

Chloe Anderson handles research, content strategy, and writing. Darlyna Brooks proofreads and publishes content and manages the website. Ryan Mitchell manages images and graphics.

Research considers the reader’s question, relevant styles and placements, factual sources, and cultural context where appropriate. We do not copy a competitor’s wording or reproduce its distinctive design sequence.

3. Accuracy and Sources

Factual claims that need support should be checked against appropriate sources. These can include official health guidance, academic research, cultural institutions, professional organizations, and original educational material from tattoo professionals.

We distinguish documented information from editorial interpretation. We do not invent statistics, firsthand experience, tests, credentials, interviews, testimonials, or specialist review. Published advice is attributed to its source rather than presented as a conversation with our team.

Proofreading by our publisher is not a medical review or a review by a professional tattoo artist.

4. Informational Scope

The Sacred Ink is not a tattoo studio or healthcare service. Our content does not diagnose conditions, provide individualized medical care, or teach readers to perform tattoos.

A proposed size, placement, or composition is a starting point for discussion. We do not guarantee comfort, healing, longevity, or a specific appearance.

5. Images and Visual References

We use uploaded images rather than embedded Instagram posts or YouTube videos. Our visuals include artist-sourced material and AI-generated concepts.

Artist credits identify the attributed source. They do not establish that an image is licensed, that its creator endorses The Sacred Ink, or that a reader can copy a custom design. Rights concerns can be sent to our contact email for assessment.

Generated visuals are labeled “AI Generated” or “AI.” They are illustrative concepts, not actual client photographs, an artist’s portfolio, or evidence of healed results.

6. Corrections and Updates

We correct confirmed factual errors. A material change affecting meaning, guidance, or attribution should receive a dated correction note. Minor grammar, formatting, or broken-link repairs do not necessarily require a notice.

We do not change an article’s update date solely to make unchanged content appear newer. Our Corrections Policy explains how readers can report an issue.

7. Commercial Relationships

The Sacred Ink currently has no affiliate links, sponsored posts, or gifted-product arrangements, and no display ads are currently shown. If this changes, the relevant policies and affected content must be updated to identify material commercial connections.

8. AI and Digital Tools

AI tools can assist with planning, drafting, research organization, or visual development. Generated text can be inaccurate and is not itself evidence. Our standards require factual verification and appropriate attribution regardless of which tools support the workflow.

9. Editorial Independence

Editorial judgments should be explained on their merits. Payment or other benefits must not be concealed, and commercial claims must not be presented as independent findings.

10. Reader Feedback

We welcome reports of unclear statements, factual mistakes, outdated guidance, or image concerns. Include enough information to identify the material and any evidence supporting the report.
