YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
How The Sacred Ink handles contact messages, analytics, and privacy requests.
Last Update: 29-10-2026
1. Information We Receive
Contact Information and Messages
When you use our contact form, you provide your name, email address, subject, and description of your inquiry. The form is built using Kadence Blocks, and submissions are delivered to our email inbox. Information you send directly by email is also processed through our email service.
Please include only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not send private medical records, passwords, payment information, or sensitive identity documents.
Technical and Usage Information
Our hosting and analytics services process technical information needed to deliver the site or measure its use. Depending on the service and configuration, this can include browser and device information, request details, pages viewed, referring sources, approximate location, and online identifiers.
Google Analytics is used to understand website activity. We do not collect newsletter subscriptions, and public article comments are disabled.
2. How Information Is Used
We use contact information to respond to messages, assess corrections and rights concerns, and handle privacy requests. We use website measurements to understand readership and improve content and navigation. Technical information also supports site delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against misuse.
Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Google Analytics can use cookies and similar identifiers to measure website use. The Sacred Ink does not currently offer an on-site cookie preference banner. This notice does not treat continued browsing as consent to tracking.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Those controls can affect website functionality and may not prevent every form of technical processing.
Google provides an optional Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Its coverage is limited to supported browsers and measurement methods; it is not a control for all third-party data processing.
4. Advertising
No display ads are currently shown on The Sacred Ink. This notice does not claim that AdSense or another advertising network is active. If advertising is introduced, the relevant data practices and available controls must be reflected in an updated notice.
5. Google Analytics and Search Console
Google Analytics helps us understand how people use our pages, including traffic sources, page activity, and device or browser characteristics. The information processed depends on the implementation and settings.
We also use Google Search Console to review the site’s performance in Google Search, such as impressions, clicks, and reported search queries. Search Console reporting is distinct from on-site Analytics measurement and does not identify individual searchers to us through its performance reports.
Learn more through Google’s explanation of data safeguards and Analytics controls and Google’s Privacy Policy.
6. Email Communications
Contact-form messages are sent to thesacredinkk@gmail.com, a Gmail address. Google processes those messages as the email service provider under the applicable service terms and privacy practices.
We do not currently offer a newsletter or email subscription. Replies to an inquiry are not authorization for unrelated marketing.
7. Comments and Submissions
Public article comments are disabled. Our contact form is used for private inquiries rather than public posting. Sending a message or image does not automatically authorize us to publish it as a testimonial or other public content.
8. Affiliate Links
The Sacred Ink currently has no affiliate links or affiliate-program participation disclosed by its operator. We do not describe affiliate purchase tracking as an active feature of the website.
9. External Websites and Media
Our articles use uploaded images rather than embedded Instagram posts or YouTube videos. Ordinary links can take you to other websites. When you visit an external site, its operator’s practices apply there.
An external destination may collect information independently. A link does not imply that we control its privacy practices.
10. Service Providers and Access
Hostinger supports website hosting. Google provides Analytics, Search Console, and Gmail services. Information relevant to these services is processed according to their functions and applicable arrangements.
The operator and people assisting with the relevant inquiry or website function can access information needed for that work. Information may also need to be disclosed to meet an applicable legal obligation or address an actual legal claim.
The absence of display ads does not by itself establish the legal classification of every Analytics data flow. We do not make an unverified blanket claim that no technical processing could constitute “sharing” under any state law.
11. Retention
Routine contact inquiries are scheduled for deletion within 12 months after resolution. Records can be kept longer when needed for an ongoing matter, dispute, or applicable legal obligation. This period concerns records under our control; provider backups and service records are governed by their applicable processes.
Analytics retention depends on the property’s configured controls and the category of data involved. We have not confirmed a specific user-level or event-level retention setting and therefore do not promise a particular number of months. Google’s retention documentation explains the controls and their limits, including the distinction between detailed data and standard aggregated reports.
Hosting and service records are retained according to applicable provider arrangements and operational needs. Their exact periods have not been independently verified for this notice.
12. Privacy Requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection or opt-out concerning certain processing. Rights and exceptions differ by location and circumstance.
Send a request to thesacredinkk@gmail.com. Describe the request and the information involved. We may need proportionate information to verify your relationship to a record before disclosing or changing it. Do not send an identity document unless an appropriate process has been explained.
We will assess the request under the applicable requirements. We cannot promise deletion of information another operator controls independently.
13. State Privacy Rights
U.S. state privacy laws differ in coverage, rights, and exceptions. This policy does not represent that The Sacred Ink meets every threshold for every state privacy law.
If a state-law right applies to your information, you can contact us at the email above. A privacy notice does not replace any specific opt-out mechanism or technical control required by applicable law.
14. International Visitors
Our main audience is in the United States. Providers can process information in locations where they operate, which may differ from your location. We have not verified a site-specific list of processing countries and do not claim that every record remains in the United States.
Where additional legal safeguards or notices are required, those must be assessed for the relevant processing. Visiting the site is not blanket consent to international transfers.
15. Children’s Privacy
Our content is directed to adults, and we do not seek personal information from children. If you believe a child sent information through our contact channels, email us so we can assess and address the situation under applicable requirements.
16. Security
No website, inbox, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your inquiry. We do not claim security certifications or technical controls that have not been verified.
17. Changes
We will revise this notice when the practices described here materially change. Planned features are not treated as active services. Adding a cookie banner, advertising service, or new form integration requires consideration of its actual data practices and controls.
