These terms describe use of The Sacred Ink at https://thesacredink.com/, operated by Darlyna Brooks. Questions can be sent to thesacredinkk@gmail.com.

1. Use of the Website

The Sacred Ink provides tattoo inspiration and general educational content for adults. Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, or introduce malicious software.

Our adult audience statement is not a statement of the legal age for obtaining a tattoo in a particular location.

2. Intellectual Property

The website contains written content, graphics, AI-generated illustrations, and artist-sourced images. Rights vary between these categories. We do not claim ownership of another creator’s work or exclusive rights over common tattoo motifs or material that is not legally protected.

You may read and link to public pages. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use can require permission from the relevant rights holder, subject to applicable legal exceptions. A credit on our website is not a license for you to reuse a photograph or copy custom artwork.

3. Conduct and Messages

Do not use contact channels to send unlawful material, malicious code, impersonations, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Public article comments are disabled.

Sending a message authorizes its use to assess and respond to that inquiry. It does not automatically give us permission to publish your message or photographs.

4. Informational Content

Articles do not replace individual advice from a qualified tattoo professional or healthcare professional. The Sacred Ink does not perform tattoos, diagnose conditions, or guarantee a design’s suitability. Our Disclaimer explains these limits further.

5. Third-Party Links

External websites and services are controlled by their operators. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of an external resource merely because we link to it.

6. Commercial Content

The Sacred Ink currently has no affiliate links, sponsored posts, or gifted-product arrangements, and no display ads are currently shown. Future commercial content must be identified as appropriate rather than treated as an existing arrangement under these terms.

7. Availability and Accuracy

Content can become outdated or contain errors. Features can be interrupted or withdrawn. We do not promise continuous availability or that a reference, product, or procedure will produce a particular result.

AI-generated visuals are design illustrations, not evidence that a tattoo exists or healed as shown.

8. Responsibility and Legal Protections

Nothing in these terms excludes duties, warranties, rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not impose a blanket waiver of every claim connected with the website.

9. Third-Party Rights

Users remain responsible for their unlawful conduct and infringement of others’ rights, subject to applicable law. Viewing the website does not create an automatic obligation to pay all legal costs or defend its operator against every third-party claim.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes confirmed information practices. Website terms do not substitute for a separate consent process where consent is required.

11. Access Restrictions

We can take proportionate steps to address abuse, unlawful activity, or security threats, subject to applicable obligations. This can include restricting access or contact-channel use.

12. Changes to These Terms

Terms can be revised to reflect changes in the website or applicable requirements. Material changes must follow any notice or agreement requirements that apply. A revision does not automatically change rights that have already arisen.

13. Applicable Law

Applicable federal and state law governs rights and obligations according to the circumstances. These terms do not select an unconfirmed state, impose mandatory arbitration, or restrict a visitor’s nonwaivable legal remedies.

14. Contact

For questions, contact thesacredinkk@gmail.com. Privacy requests, corrections, and image concerns can use the same address.
